Description

<ul>
	<li>Drive origination of new business opportunities across the region in strategic and</li>
	<li>Originate new business opportunities with corporate banking clients across strategic and flow products</li>
	<li>Develop strategies to onboard prospective customers in line with the One Bank and Regional Corporates initiative</li>
	<li>Grow and up-tier existing relationships</li>
	<li>Maintain/build relationships and hold strategic dialogue with clients in the designated portfolio and countries.</li>
	<li>Originate new business opportunities with target clients across Treasury, Trade, Project Finance and Global Transaction Banking products.</li>
	<li>Examine &amp; resolve credit, market and operational risk aspects of the transactions in collaboration with products and enablement units.</li>
	<li>Pitch, review, negotiate and conclude deals and lead pitches for major opportunities within the designated portfolio.</li>
	<li>Be the effective first line of defense of any regulatory and compliance risk in the designated portfolio.</li>
	<li>Responsible for maintaining the credit quality of the clients relationships within the portfolio to an acceptable level set by the Bank’s management and in line with the Credit Policy Guide.</li>
	<li>Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets</li>
	<li>Identify &amp; develop cross selling opportunities and increase the cross-sell ratio across the bank</li>
	<li>Ensure all credit reviews are submitted on time and agreed conditions are met.</li>
	<li>Maintain, monitor portfolio for any deterioration in status from a financial and regulatory perspective and update relevant stakeholders as and when needed.</li>
	<li>Ensure connectivity at Senior C-suite level or equivalent client contacts</li>
	<li>Lead client and internal stakeholder discussions around business growth and, where appropriate, reciprocity across all potential segments, for own portfolio.</li>
	<li>Manage any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.</li>
</ul>

Requirements

<ul>
	<li>A good first degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.</li>
	<li>A minimum of a recognized professional certification in relevant field/sector</li>
	<li>Minimum of 15 years post qualification experience, of which at least 5 years must have been at a senior management level.</li>
	<li>Experience in a regional or multinational banking environment.</li>
	<li>CFA will be an added advantage</li>
	<li>Bilingual abilities will be an advantage.</li>

Head of Women Banking

Description
<ul>
<li>Draw up work schedules for identifying and marketing prospective customers</li>
<li>Maintain good public relations with current and prospective customers</li>
<li>Plan and report on Marketing calls for the unit</li>
<li>Structure credit facilities to address customers needs and prepare/review credit proposals with the Group Head</li>
<li>Monitor and ensure customers’ compliance with credit agreements</li>
<li>Present to and defend proposals before the Credit Committee</li>
<li>Provide on-the job training for Account Officers</li>
<li>Negotiate foreign exchange and credit rates with customers within limits set by the bank to ensure maximum profitability to the bank</li>
