Contact Centre Agent

<h3>Job description</h3>
This is a training position in preparation for the position of an Assistant Branch Manager. The person is responsible for assisting in the smooth operations of the branch including sales and marketing, customer service, human resource management, building and plant maintenance, inventory management, financial control, safety and security of the company assets.
Principal Accountability
Sales and marketing
<ul>
<li>Assist RCSA/RCSE in welcoming customers, understanding customer’s needs, recommending the right products &amp;amp; services to suit the customer’s needs and up/cross sell where possible.</li>

Management Trainee

This position is responsible for welcoming retail customers (physical as well as telephone) to the branch, responding to their enquiries, orienting them to the company products and providing information that helps them in making purchasing decisions. The person is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service while maximizing profitability for the company.
Principal Accountability

Workshop Technician

Job description
1. BASIC FUNCTION

The position is responsible for assisting the Manager - Marketing in developing, planning, implementing and monitoring the marketing strategy of the business as agreed with the Directors and/or Chief Commercial Officer.&nbsp;

This position is also responsible for increasing awareness of the AutoXpress Retail and Corporate brand activity and promotions, in conjunction with assisting the teams in any marketing related requirements within Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Uganda. In this capacity the incumbent liaises with regional retail and country heads to understand their local needs and ensure execution.&nbsp;

2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Marketing Strategy
Plan, develop, implement, analyse and evaluate the marketing strategy i.e. campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR of AutoXpress. Developing, delivering and reporting on marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
