Buhler Group in Nairobi, Kenya is looking for a skilled Milling Expert to join us as the Head of Training for our African Milling School. This position will be responsible to manage and conduct trainings focusing mainly on training customer personnel and internal employees. 
 
Tasks
<ul>
<li>Organize and conduct trainings in the African Milling School.</li>
<li>Create, maintain and update the training documents.</li>
<li>Guide and lead the other teachers of the school and develop them.</li>
<li>Define the contents, materials and dates of the course and further develop the training concepts.</li>
<li>Supervise the course participants and cater support to customers in guided tours and representations.</li>
<li>Provide and lead the On-site trainings.</li>
<li>Ordering material to fulfil responsibilities.</li>
<li>Take measures to avoid any overload in the Milling School infrastructures.</li>
<li>Regularly check the condition of the facilities at African Milling School.</li>
<li>Internal forwarding of any customer inquiries or needs.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Master Miller degree and/or Milling School degree(SMS, DMSB or others)</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Completed apprenticeship as a Miller.</li>
<li>Several years of professional experience in the field of milling.</li>
<li>Pedagogical training is an advantage.</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience in feed technology or others is an advantage.</li>
<li>Experience in the field of training is an advantage</li>
