Finance Officer

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Develop work plans for hygiene promotion activities in the communities, using the CLTS approach.</li>
<li>Monitor the implementation of pre-trigger, trigger, and post-trigger sessions to identify gaps and facilitate the communities on how to find solutions to address sanitation gaps through community action plans.</li>
<li>Mobilize communities for carrying out pre-trigger, trigger sessions and post trigger sessions, organizing trainings of sanitation committees, community champions, and ODF verification committees in the communities.</li>
<li>Compile village specific CLTS triggering reports (highlighting village baseline status, OD Maps, the trigger moment, trigger type registered, record of tools used, attendance by sex, declaration to change photo, action plans towards basic sanitation for all, etc.)</li>
<li>Walk throughout the villages and interact with all villagers to facilitate a rapid change in the attitude of villagers.</li>
<li>Monitor the impact of hygiene promotion activities, and CLTS in changing community hygiene and sanitation behaviors change.</li>
<li>Collaborate with field hygiene promoter and Public Health Officers to facilitate and follow up with community collective action intervention.</li>

Qualifications and Skills

Wash Project Officer

<ul>
<li>The Deputy Regional Coordinator supports the Africa Regional Coordinator in providing leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of the programs and operations of Good Neighbors partnership countries in Africa. She/he is responsible for the overall leadership and management of Good Neighbors partnership countries’ operational and administrative functions. Working under the guidance of the Africa Regional Coordinator and Good</li>
<li>Neighbors Global Partnership Center, the Deputy Regional Coordinator defines the organization’s strategic vision and is accountable for its implementation and the results achieved.</li>
<li>The Deputy Regional Coordinator maintains strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders who are important collaborators in Good Neighbors’ mission and activities.</li>
<li>The Deputy Regional Coordinator has the responsibility and accountability to set the tone for Good Neighbors’ internal and external interactions by exemplifying values of high ethical standards, integrity, and fairness. Educational Background

Deputy Regional Coordinator

Livelihood Project Officer

Key Responsibilities

<li>Overseeing all the logistics of the construction of project</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineers and architects to create an accurate budget and timeframe in which the project can be created.</li>

Driver - Nairobi

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Sensitize cooperative leadership, smallholder coffee farmers and local stakeholders on the Good Neighbors coffee project work. </li>
<li>Implement existing strategies to provide assigned cooperatives with agronomy training and with structured post-training farm visits to improve adoption. </li>
<li>Train and advise farmers being assisted by the project on coffee agronomy best practices with the objective of helping them to improve coffee yields and quality. </li>
<li>Train, mentor, coach and support assigned Farmer Trainers (TOTs) on all technical and operational aspects of their work and in relationship with farmers. This includes assisting them to set performance goals, continuous assessment of performance and giving feedback. </li>
<li>Participate in the implementation of the defined project monitoring, measurement and evaluation activities that ensure accurate and consistent capture of date for project reporting and documenting of the impact of our work. </li>
<li>Cultivate and manage good relationship with clients both at leadership and farmer levels as well as with key industry stakeholders and community leaders at local levels. </li>

Qualifications

Capacity Building Officer (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities

<li>Coordinate and implement day to day project activities with beneficiaries and partners in the field ensuring that technical quality and standards are considered and respected during project implementation.</li>
