Lead Sales Executive

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute brand strategies that help in maintaining and enhancing our brand's image and positioning, and monitor brand performance to suggest improvements that align with brand objectives.</li>
<li>Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines. This includes collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to develop promotional materials, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and providing insights and recommendations for optimization.</li>
<li>Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will analyze data to inform brand strategies and marketing plans, and prepare reports on brand performance, market trends, and consumer insights.</li>
<li>Developing and managing content for various marketing channels, such as social media, website, and print materials, while ensuring that all content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates our brand's message effectively.</li>
<li>Assist in planning and executing brand-related events, trade shows, and promotions, managing event logistics, including vendor coordination, budget management, and post-event analysis.</li>
<li>Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels by conducting regular audits of marketing materials to ensure adherence to brand 
guidelines.</li>
<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, revenue management and customer service, to ensure brand alignment.</li>
<li>Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic stakeholders and industry partners.</li>
<li>Assist in managing the brand budget, ensuring all activities are within allocated funds, and tracking expenses to provide regular budget updates to the Brand Manager.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum of 3 years in brand management, PR, or marketing, preferably in the airline or travel industry.</li>

Assistant Flight Operations Engineer

ROLE PROFILE
Reports To: Security Manager 
ROLE STATEMENT
Coordinate the development and maintenance of company security standards and monitor the implementation to ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements. 
JOB DESCRIPTION
<ul>
<li>Update Company Security Program (CSP )  and coordinate issuance of appropriate and up to date procedures and work  instructions for security operations network-wide and provide necessary guidance and advisory support for proper implementation. </li>
<li>Supervise and provide appropriate guidance to outsourced security services, monitor compliance and competencies against Service Level agreements</li>
<li>Supervise maintenance of security incident reporting system and liaise with responsible manager for appropriate closure of any findings.</li>
<li>Undertake research on matters of security interest within the industry and provide relevant guidance on improvement for Jambojet operations.</li>
<li>Plan and Conduct security inspections and tests of Jambojet security operations and control measures to confirm conformance with regulatory requirements, security procedures, standards and recommended practices.</li>
<li>Generate monthly, quarterly and yearly security reports on behalf of security management.</li>
<li>Coordinates and support delivery of AVSEC training within the organization.</li>
<li>Manage issuance of security-controlled area passes, audit and keep inventory records. Ensure passes are surrendered upon termination and/or resignation.</li>
<li>Plan and manage duty rosters for security staff ensuring no violations on duty hours</li>
</ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

<li>KCSE C and above</li>
<li>Be a certified AVSEC Instructor</li>
<li>Diploma or relevant professional qualification.</li>
<li>At least 5 years of aviation security experience. </li>
<li>Excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Organizational, planning &amp; Analytical Skills.</li>
<li>Investigations and IT knowledge.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Criminal procedure code, Evidence Act and the Penal Code.</li>
