Job Purpose

<ul>

Key Qualifications and Experience

Credit Analyst

Job Purpose

<ul>
	<li>The job is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical control systems, airfield ground lighting systems, electrical building services, power back-up systems critical to the safe and efficient operation and ensuring compliance with aviation safety and operational standards.</li>
</ul>

 Key Duties and Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Developing concept and detailed engineering designs, preparation of design specifications, cost estimates and tender documents for electrical engineering projects;</li>
	<li>Participating in project management and supervision activities of capital projects;</li>
	<li>Drafting design specifications and tender documents;</li>
	<li>Establishing project risk registers and a monitoring and evaluation framework for projects;</li>
	<li>Supporting project managers in preparation of electrical engineering facility’s status reports and action programs to sustain / upgrade service standards;</li>

Electrical Engineer

Job Purpose

<ul>
	<li>The job is responsible for the identification of priority ICT projects based on emerging technologies and industry trends as well as the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on all ICT projects.</li>

Job Purpose

	<li>Managing the performance of the ICT Service, ensuring that all user systems are available and data integrity is maintained at all times;</li>

Manager, ICT Service Management

Job Purpose

<ul>
	<li>The job holder will be responsible for managing and maximizing the revenue generated from commercial activities within airports, overseeing retail operations, concessions, and commercial spaces to enhance the overall passenger experience and optimize revenue streams that will ensure the Authority meets its commercial revenue targets.</li>
</ul>

Key Duties and Responsibilities

	<li>Developing and implementing Airports’ commercial retail business plans to achieve set objectives;</li>
	<li>Researching, developing and implementing an optimal retail and concession plan that achieves revenue and customer objectives;</li>
	<li>Researching and analyzing airport clientele preferences in retail to ensure that all customer requirements are catered for in the retail plan;</li>

Job Purpose

	<li>The job holder will be responsible for creating an enabling environment through efficient provision of quality and cost effective administrative support services in terms of office space and equipment, transport and other required provisions for the organization to realize its business objectives.</li>

	<li>Developing and updating of Authority’s maintenance policies and strategies in line with the Authority’s vision and strategic objective;</li>
	<li>Establishing Authority’s maintenance standards for airport assets (civil, electro-mechanical, building and electrical) with requirements of KAA, KCAA, ICAO and other international and national regulatory authorities/agencies;</li>
	<li>Implementing the Authority’s asset maintenance management system;</li>

Job Purpose

General Manager, Operations and Safety

Job Purpose

	<li>The job holder will be responsible for managing the procurement of works, goods and services and ensuring that stores are adequately stocked with user requirements as per their specifications.</li>

 Key Duties and Responsibilities

	<li>Preparing, coordinating and facilitating implementation of annual procurement plans as per the proposed and approved budget to ensure efficiency and economy in the procurement of works, goods and services;</li>
	<li>Overseeing the tendering process in line with the Public Procurement Laws and Regulations;</li>
	<li>Providing leadership and supervision to the procurement staff to ensure that user works goods and services are procured within the budget as per the approved requisitions;</li>
	<li>Ensuring preparation, dispatch, opening, analysing and recommendation of quotations to the tender or procurement committee as per the threshold set in the Public Procurement &amp; Disposal Act and applicable Regulations;</li>
	<li>Ensuring that stocks are replenished periodically as per user requirements and re-order levels to avoid stock outs;</li>
	<li>Preparing quotation documents by receiving specifications from users and confirming adherence to requirements as per the applicable laws;</li>
