Program Manager Komesha TB Program

Job Decription
Reporting to the General Secretary, this position will provide overall strategic and programmatic oversight for optimal quality and performance of KCCBs Ad Hoc Commission for AIDS Relief.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Formulate, execute and evaluate appropriate KCCB ACTS strategies and policies in line with the program and Commissions objectives and as per CDC’s rules and regulations;</li>
<li>Serve as the Principal Investigator (PI) of donor funded grants;</li>
<li>Responsible for development continued funding application, interim progress reports, scopes of work, and any other written deliverables/narratives requested by the funder.</li>

Program Director/Principal Investigator

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Officer will be responsible for ensuring Komesha TB program activities are fully implemented through provision of TB technical support and mentorship within assigned counties in accordance with KCCB rules/regulations and USAID requirements.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Project activities in the assigned counties;</li>
<li>Maintain a strong collaborative working relationship with the Ministry of Health, County / Sub County Tuberculosis, Leprosy and Lung Disease Program, County/ Sub County  Health Management Teams, FBOs among other key stakeholders while ensuring  County / Sub County activities and program targets are closely monitored;</li>
<li>Contribute to the achievement of high-quality results in accordance with Komesha TB  targets identified in the work plan and performance monitoring plan;</li>
<li>Participate in development of the annual work plan, program monitoring and  evaluation including development of tools, and use of data to inform program planning;</li>
<li>To comprehensively represent the Komesha TB at consultative meetings with County,  Sub County governments, private health care providers, Faith based providers and  other key stakeholders including Technical Working Groups, progress review meetings  within the region;</li>
<li>Provide technical support to ensure quality programmatic implementation of the  Komesha TB project activities in assigned counties and utilize project data to prioritize  interventions and for continuous quality improvement;</li>

Program Officer (Reliever)

JOB PURPOSE

Technical Advisor Prevention

JOB PURPOSE
The Health Informatics Officer will work closely with KCCB ACTS technical team members and health facility team and is a dedicated resource for designing, developing, and maintaining EMR/EHR and a suite of other software applications. The candidate will serve as a key software development focal person who can translate KCCB - ACTS data requirements into a final, robust, scalable, and secure software product.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Enhance existing EMR/EHR by analyzing program requirements, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement;</li>
<li>Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions to design, develop, and test the EMR/EHR;</li>

Health Informatics Officer

JOB PURPOSE
The Technical Advisor-Health Systems Strengthening and Transition will work with the KCCB ACTS Deputy Program Director-Clinical Services in providing technical assistance for activities intended to building the capacity of FBO supported health facilities and parent bodies towards ownership and utilization of high quality and sustainable HIV care and treatment services as well as support the mainstreaming of HSS in all program areas. In addition, S/He will ensure that HSS activities support the project transition and sustainability agenda.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Lead the HSS Technical Support to FBO parent bodies, CHMTs and across project areas to ensure high quality HIV services and oversee overall HSS initiatives in project;</li>
<li>Develop and implement a HSS plan with clear milestones through the life of the project towards ownership of health services by supported counties and FBO parent bodies;</li>
<li>Contribute to building the capacity of supported health facilities and FBO parent bodies in key health system strengthening functions, including policy, planning, health care financing and resource mobilization, budgeting, Human Resources for Health(HRH) management (including transition plans) and supply chain management systems;</li>
<li>In conjunction with the technical staff, support health facilities in undertaking HSS capacity assessments (SIMS) gap analysis; setting priorities; and developing and implementing capacity strengthening plans;</li>
