Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, job holder will provide strategic leadership and direction in the implementation of the Strategy and Planning Function. An officer at this level will be responsible for coordination and management of all activities in the Directorate. The job holder will also be responsible for:

<li>Bachelors degree in any of the following fields: Economics, Economics and</li>
<li>Statistics, Statistics, Economics and Mathematics, Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;</li>
<li>Masters degree in any of the following fields: Economics, Economics and</li>

Director, Strategy and Planning - 1 Position

KFC/HRA/MICT/2023 Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the officer will be responsible for Promoting the use of ICT in delivery of services towards realization of the Corporation’s mandate. The officer will also be responsible for:
<ul>
<li>Implementing Boards ICT policies, strategies and procedures;</li>
<li>Managing the Board’s ICT systems and Infrastructure;</li>
<li>Approving systems designs, Hardware/Software and program specifications in liaison with users;</li>
<li>Developing and ensure adherence to established ICT standards;</li>
<li>Maintaining overall systems documentation;</li>
<li>Supervising installation certification, repairs and maintenance of Information Communication Technology equipment and associated peripherals;</li>
<li>Administering passwords of critical systems and maintaining web based systems and database server’s configuration;</li>
<li>Drafting and managing ICT related service level agreements;</li>
<li>Providing seamless ICT services;</li>
<li>Managing ICT risk management and maintain Systems security and Databases;</li>

KFC/HRA/MCC/2023 Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the officer will be responsible for branding and development of communication and marketing strategy, policies and plans. The officer will also be responsible for: Overseeing development, implementation and review of communication strategies, programs and policies;
<ul>
<li>Publicizing the organization’s activities;</li>
<li>Editing and production of the organization’s newsletters, magazines and brochures;</li>
<li>Coordinating development and management of information, education and communication materials;</li>
<li>Managing Media Information Service;</li>
<li>Facilitating press conferences, official functions, visits, seminars, workshops, public relations exhibitions and other organizational social events;</li>
<li>Preparing speeches, briefs, press supplements, press statements, news releases and feature articles;</li>
<li>Collaborating with media houses for coverage of the organization’s events;</li>
<li>Managing matters of corporate interest and corporate social responsibility programs;</li>

<li>Initiating development, implementation and review of marketing plans, policies, strategies, guidelines, standards and procedures;</li>
<li>Coordinating development, promotion and marketing of the film industry in the local and international markets;</li>
<li>Promoting and marketing Kenya locally and internationally as a filming destination;</li>
<li>Managing the creation and planning of marketing campaigns for the film industry;</li>
<li>Formulating and implementing promotional and advertising strategies in liaison with distributors, film studios and filmmakers;</li>
<li>Liaising with local and foreign producers and distributors for marketing and promotion of film industry;</li>
<li>Coordinating market research on current trends in the film industry;</li>
<li>Promote preference and demand for local productions among Kenyan audiences</li>
