Roles &amp; Responsibilities
Accounts Administration
<ul>
<li>Timely, accurate cash reconciliation and balanced reports of account payable and receivable accounts, Statutory statements and avoiding penalties as much as possible.</li>
<li>Collection effective from the date of billing ensuring that no receivables are over 90 days i.e. scheduled weekly meeting on collections and ensure timely collection.</li>
<li>Customer invoicing.</li>
<li>Accurate and timely generation of financial reports i.e. Profit &amp; Loss, Financial statement, Trial Balance and onward submission to SSC by 12th of every month.</li>
<li>Support FMs in collection or invoice tracking from customers as delegated from time to time.</li>
</ul>
Governance &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Accurate and timely updating of applicable platform e.g., Uploading of vendor invoices in DMS on regular basis and co-ordinate with SSC; Keeping the track of all DMS up loadings in DMS; upload the bank statements on weekly basis in DMS and cash transactions update on ERPNext.</li>
<li>Record management of supplier/customer invoices to ensure all Invoices issued are submitted to Customer, stamped by Customer and onward proper filling of the same.</li>
<li>Ensure all the supporting Documents which must be booked in the System are booked, relevant authorization for payment is done before doing the payment and preparation of bank transfer. </li>
</ul>

Finance Executive

POSITION OVERVIEW
The position is responsible for ensuring stock is well maintained, assigning and coordinating staff work schedules.

REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE
<ul>
<li>Bachelors in Supply Chain Management/Business Management/food science or a relevant field.</li>
<li>3 years of working experience in stores supervision in a fresh produce company.</li>
<li>Experience working in FMCG company dealing with fresh produce will be an added advantage.</li>

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Store Management- Produce receiving, storage and dispatch of stock
<ul>
<li>Responsible for end to end store management duties such as overseeing produce receiving, grading, storage, staging and dispatch.</li>
<li>Coordinate process flow to ensure products are dispatched on time to meet on-line customer delivery promise.</li>
<li>Coordinate the staging of stock in stores for easy accessibility by the packing team.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of hygiene and proper organization of the store at any given time.</li>
<li>Direct, assign and supervise job duties for Team Members both in packing and stores in absence of the packing supervisor.</li>
<li>Cooperating with other leaders in all areas to ensure successful and continuous operations</li>
<li>Issuing and keeping records of staff uniforms and other working equipment and ensuring they are submitted back by the exiting staff.</li>
<li>Complete all appropriate company documentation and key tasks, on every shift</li>
<li>Minimum stock reviews, stock /consumption projections in liaison with the location head and sourcing manager.</li>
<li>Timely submission of daily requisitions to the sourcing manager in copy of the operations head.</li>

Tracking and Reporting
<ul>
<li>Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports keeping abreast of any issues such as stocking levels.    </li>
<li>Stock reconciliation, stock requisition, accurate and timely stock report.</li>
<li>Combining wastage report and submitting to the line manager.</li>
<li>Report and escalate systemic issues as necessary and in a timely manner.</li>

Position Overview

Position Overview

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Organize and direct operations work flow and job responsibilities within the store to ensure effective management of the receipt, receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading at acceptable KPI levels and delivery of products to customers.
· Maintain records of inventory and location for production control and cost accounting to ensure adherence to the company Store and distribution practices.
· Conduct inventory control through cyclical stock counts to maintain stock integrity and through this, to ensure that financial stock takes and stock counts are conducted according to the company requirements. This would ensure that stock integrity is maintained in line with the store Management System.
· Develop good team work with team to ensure high customer service levels are maintained at all times.
· Manage and comply with Security and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards &amp; requirements in the store are complied with.
· Manage the development of staff in the store and ensure that the store is staffed with the requisite numbers to maximize their capability and contribution.
· Ensure that expected staff productivity standards are met and maintained within the agreed KPI’s; submit monthly reports to Head of Store which would correctly reflect the KPI’s
