Campaigns &amp; Brand Execution

	<li>Collaborate with the Brand Marketing and Advertising team on creative concepts and campaign rollouts.</li>
	<li>Work closely with creative and strategy agencies to align on design direction and execution.</li>
	<li>Ensure all creative assets meet BAL and NBAA brand guidelines and reflect the organisation’s visual standards.</li>
	<li>Support multi-platform campaigns with consistent design across static, motion, and digital formats.</li>

Cross-Team Collaboration

<ul>
	<li>Partner with Digital, Social, Events, Fan Experience, and SRPP teams to design assets supporting their initiatives.</li>
	<li>Create visuals for influencer activations, marketing partnerships, and grassroots programmes.</li>
	<li>Develop social media assets, including banners and promotional content, aligned with content calendars.</li>
	<li>Support various departments with timely, high-quality creative deliverables.</li>

Reporting

	<li>Maintain a structured design library and archive of all creative assets.</li>
	<li>Track creative timelines and share regular updates on asset delivery and creative output.</li>

Required Skills and Knowledge

<ul>
	<li>Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for comprehensive professional design, Figma for UI/UX design and collaboration, and Canva for user-friendly template-based design. </li>
	<li>Understanding of motion design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.</li>
	<li>Independent, proactive, and solutions-focused, with excellent organisational skills</li>
	<li>Ability to translate campaign strategies into impactful visual and animated content.</li>

Responsibilities include creating and curating engaging online content, managing social media platforms, drafting interview questions, and assisting during content shoots to ensure smooth execution. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align content with brand messaging and campaign goals. Major Responsibilities

	<li>Provide timely and actionable paralegal and business affairs support for regional lawyers and business teams.</li>

Position Summary:

<li>NBA Kenya is seeking an experienced sales/marketing professional for the New Business Development team. This position plays a key role in generating new sponsorship revenue for NBA Kenya. The ideal candidate must be a dynamic team player, with excellent storytelling, communication, and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>The successful candidate will be implementing the new business development strategy with a focus on new partnership development - prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and securing new marketing partners. The role will require frequent travel throughout the African region and will work closely with the Marketing, Media, Events, and other groups to create and drive new revenue streams.</li>

Business Development:

Business Development & Sponsorship Lead

Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the Vice President Country Head, Kenya. This critical management position will be responsible for building integrated marketing and communications strategies and campaigns for NBA Kenya, with a focus on cross-promotional monetization strategies. This role calls for building fandom and demonstrating creativity when presenting NBA Kenya's brand message to target audiences. This role will use analysis of key metrics, market conditions and marketing opportunities to help drive consumer awareness and commercial growth in line with NBA Kenya's larger strategic goals.
Major Responsibilities:
