As a Property Consultant in the Coast Region, you will play an essential role in driving property sales and leasing within your assigned area. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident, and passionate about real estate, with the ability to engage clients, build trust, and close deals effectively. Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Source, list, and sell/lease residential, commercial, or land properties across Kilifi, Vipingo, Mombasa, and Nyali.</li>
	<li>Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and excellent customer service.</li>
	<li>Conduct property viewings, inspections, and client needs assessments to match buyers and tenants with suitable properties.</li>
	<li>Negotiate offers, prices, and terms to secure favourable outcomes for clients and the company.</li>
	<li>Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li>
	<li>Stay informed on property trends, pricing, and developments within the Coast real estate market.</li>
	<li>Prepare accurate reports, listings, documentation, and client updates.</li>
	<li>Work independently while collaborating with the wider Pam Golding Properties team.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

<ul>
	<li>Experience in property sales or leasing is an advantage.</li>
	<li>Strong understanding of the Coast property market (added advantage, but not mandatory).</li>
	<li>Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required for strong performers).</li>
	<li>Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.</li>
	<li>Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.</li>
	<li>Highly organised, proactive, and self-driven.</li>
	<li>You must live in Coast (Either Kilifi, Vipingo, Mombasa, or Nyali).</li>
	<li>Must have a personal car (critical requirement).</li>
	<li>Must be comfortable working on commission.</li>
