Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of departmental projects and initiatives.</li><li>Manage assigned project activities and provide regular progress updates to the supervisor.</li><li>Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and project outcomes.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations based on project findings.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.</li><li>Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance and efficiency.</li><li>Conduct research on market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, or supply chain operations as required.</li><li>Support the implementation of departmental strategies and action plans.</li><li>Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.</li><li>Comply with company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.</li><li>Perform any other duties or project assignments as directed by the supervisor.</li></ul>Knowledge, Experience &amp; SkillsKnowledge<ul><li>Basic understanding of Marketing, Sales, business acumen, or related business disciplines.</li><li>Awareness of FMCG market dynamics.</li><li>Understanding of project management principles and business processes.</li><li>Knowledge of data analysis and reporting concepts.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Statistics or a related field.</li><li>Previous internship, industrial attachment, leadership role, or project experience will be an added advantage.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage academic or extracurricular projects successfully.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).</li><li>Data analysis and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to prepare professional presentations and business reports.</li><li>Basic project management and coordination skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.</li><li>Familiarity with business systems and digital collaboration tools is an added advantage.</li></ul>
