Branch Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION 

1. Provide sound leadership, supervision and management of the staff through appropriate performance management, appraisals, training, mentoring and coaching.
2. Oversee the performance, training, mentoring and coaching of staff assigned.
3. Ensure compliance to legislation, agreements with clients, highest standards of operational efficiency and quality of service to clients.
4. Study and define market needs in line with the strategic plans.
5. Develop the annual business targets, business plans and sales strategies for the different markets and ensure their achievement.
6. Develop strategies for the Company’s revenue generation and growth of income streams.
7. Develop beneficial partnerships with relevant institutions and clients
8. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
9. Undertake competitor and market analysis for enhancement of unique selling propositions and differentiators.
10. Prepare and submit reports as required.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

1. Bachelors Degree in a Business related field from a recognized institution
2. Professional qualification in Sales or relevant qualification
3. At least 5 years’ sales experience in the financial industry

4. Sharp business acumen, including the ability to assess risk
5. Ability to work under pressure
