We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith.Come join our 31,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children’s life stories!Employee Contract Type:Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term)Job Description:Planning and implementation:Support the implementation of the Global Fund Project at the sub county level.Strengthen community awareness and sensitization for improved TB service delivery and use of TB services by the communities in their sub countiesEnsure close partnership with communities to influence decision makers in uptake of TB services;Ensure that existing business processes, standards and guidelines related to TB initiatives are effectively implemented within the communities;Work closely with the AP Manager and Global TB Project officer in identification of existing gaps in TB programming at the community level through information sharing avenues to handle project activities effectively.Ensure timely and appropriate utilization of budgeted resources for each sub county activities.Data Collection and MonitoringContinuously monitor Community led monitoring (CLM) groups interventions, through peer monitors and superusers and other community groups including TB champions mentors, field monitors and other TB actors implementing initiatives on TBResponsible for implementation, monitoring, evaluation, documentation and dissemination of promising practices for TB interventions in the project area at the community level.Convene and support the data collection meetings in the sub county by the field monitors, community health promoters and TB actors at the...
