As that portfolio has grown, architecture and integration have been managed across several teams and platform owners. The organization is now putting one senior owner in charge of setting the patterns and standards that hold across platforms, so this work is clearly owned in one place.The Director, Enterprise Architecture and Integration owns architecture and integration across the enterprise application portfolio. The role sets integration patterns and technical standards, owns the architecture decisions that span core platforms, and manages the teams whose work sits closest to integration and custom application development.
