Expression of Interest- Kenya Procurement Specialist

About you

Core competencies required are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in procurement, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in urban planning and design, preferably in development context
• Strong technical skills and experience in procurement processes, including preparation of bid documents, tendering, evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and policies, including those of international organisations such as World Bank and the United Nations
• Experience in supplier pre-qualification and due diligence assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, with excellent writing and presentation skills
• Experience working with international development organizations or donors, such as World Bank, USAID, DFAT, MCC, FCDO, EU, AfDB and ADB is an advantage.
• Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa
