Learn more at www.visionfundkenya.co.ke.The Finance Accelerating Savings for Transformation (FAST) product is designed to specifically address the financial requirements of Savings for Transformation groups in Kenya. Its primary objective is to ensure these groups possess ample loan capital, enabling them to engage in mutual lending and foster exponential growth within their community. Reports to: Relationship Manager and strategically to the FAST Product Manager. Specific areas of responsibility: Implement the FAST project and mentor Field Officers toward achieving the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Strategic Objectives.Conduct Group verification tests and ensure set targets in the following parameters; High standards of Customer Service, Customer Retention, trackable Service impact, and quality Loan Portfolio are achieved.Work with World Vision Kenya and other like-minded partners for effective business and impact through the FAST product Manager.Effectively train groups and the community to understand the FAST product.Build the capacity of the Field Officers effectively ensuring that fidelity to the program is upheld and they have the requisite skills to carry out...
