Finance Systems and Process Management Lead

Role PurposeEnsure that Finance systems and processes across the Group are aligned to strategy and deliver efficient, effective, well-controlled and well-governed Finance operations. The role supports continuous improvement of Finance business processes, strengthens internal control and governance requirements, and drives adoption of best practice, digitisation, artificial intelligence, robotic process automation and other emerging technologies across Finance operations.THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFinance Process Review, Analysis and Continuous Improvement• Review and analyse Finance business processes across the Group to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, duplication and opportunities for standardisation.• Recommend and support implementation of process improvements that enhance accuracy, timeliness, governance and user experience.• Support standardisation of Finance policies, procedures, operating models and controls across subsidiaries where applicable.· Finance Systems Needs Assessment and Solution Design• Assess Finance system needs and define business requirements for new or enhanced system capabilities.• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in existing Finance systems, workflows, data flows, reports and controls.• Work with IT, vendors and business users to translate Finance requirements into practical system and process design outputs.System and Process Improvement Projects• Lead or support Finance system and process improvement initiatives from requirements definition through design, testing, data migration, deployment and post go-live support.• Coordinate user acceptance testing, issue resolution, cutover readiness and transition to business-as-usual support.• Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation, reconciliation and user sign-off.Finance Systems and Process SME Support• Act as a Finance systems and process subject matter expert for Oracle E-Business Suite, EPM, banking finance processes and related enterprise platforms.• Review and resolve end user system...
