Develop briefings and talking points for leadership, and coordinate the rollout of compliance tools across multiple countries.Team Development & Effectiveness:Run department-wide learning initiatives (like the skills academy and mentorship program) and partner with global teams on cross-functional projects to boost efficiency.Systems & Stakeholder Management:Oversee the implementation and effective use of the CRM software and advisory councils across country teams, while auditing stakeholder engagement to recommend improvements.Donor & Government Coordination:Act as the main administrative and logistical link between Government Relations (GR) and business development for major public donor processes (e.g., GCF, GAC).
