The Digital department is responsible for leveraging digital technologies and platforms to enhance client campaigns and ensure effective online presence and engagement. They are tasked with utilizing insights and analytics to drive strategy, optimize digital marketing efforts, and deliver measurable results.

This role typically revolves around managing influencer partnerships, campaigns, and fostering long-term relationships between brands and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Identification & Recruitment:

  • Research and identify relevant influencers who align with the brand’s values and target audience. (Including plugging to the deck/DAG)
  • Build and maintain a roster of influencers across various niches (e.g., fashion, beauty, tech, etc.).
  • Conduct outreach to potential influencers for collaboration.
  • Understanding all client brands in detail.

Campaign Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create influencer marketing strategies.
  • Develop content calendars and timelines for influencer campaigns.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for influencer partnerships (brand awareness, conversions, etc.).
  • Presentation to client on the choice of Influencer selections.

Negotiation & Contract Management:

  • Negotiate rates and terms with influencers based on campaign goals, reach, and budget.
  • Draft and manage contracts that clearly define deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
  • Ensure all collaborations are legally compliant and transparent.

Campaign Execution & Monitoring:

  • Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring influencers follow guidelines and timelines.
  • Track the performance of influencer content in terms of engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Provide influencers with the necessary materials (e.g., product samples, brand guidelines, etc.).

Relationship Management:

  • Foster positive, long-term relationships with influencers.
  • Manage influencer feedback and address any issues that arise during the collaboration.
  • Maintain regular communication and ensure influencers feel valued.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Measure the success of influencer campaigns and generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Analyze engagement metrics, conversion rates, and other performance data.
  • Calendar Organization: Maintain and organize personal and team calendars, ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts and all deadlines are met.
  • Time Management: Send reminders for important deadlines, meetings, and events to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Travel Coordination: Assist with booking and organizing travel, including flight, accommodation, and transportation arrangements for business trips. Suggest adjustments and improvements based on insights.
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Weekly Reports: Assist in preparing and compiling monthly or quarterly performance reports summarizing key metrics, insights, and recommendations.

Trend Analysis & Industry Insights:

  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Keep an eye on competitor campaigns and industry shifts to stay ahead

Curation of Digital Proposals:

  • Identifying opportunities where brands can be incorporated and sharing the proposals to clients on a weekly basis

Other Roles:

  • Content Strategy: Support in content calendars creation and content scheduling
  • Engagement on Social Media: Manage and monitor social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Campaign Planning Assistance: Collaborate with teams to assist in the development of marketing strategies, including influencer marketing and social media campaigns.

Key Competencies:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing are an added advantage.
  • Proven experience managing and leading digital marketing teams.
  • Strong background in data analytics and reporting.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms and tools.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
