This position involves transforming the HRH training and learning landscape by designing, developing and implementing cutting -edge training programs that leverage emerging technologies and modern pedagogical training/learning approaches. The position further entails helping partner HRH training institutions to prioritize modern learning techniques e.g. eLearning, microlearning, gamification, Virtual Reality and other Simulation Based Learning (SBL) methods to enhance learners’ acquisition of targeted competencies.
