This is a highly visible executive leadership position where you will:Lead and grow the Kenya portfolio across education, development and commercial ventures Drive new investment opportunities, partnerships and expansion initiatives Oversee large-scale operations, financial performance and organisational growth Build and develop high-performing leadership teams Represent the Foundation with government, investors, regulators and strategic partners Work closely with the Executive Team to translate ambitious plans into measurable resultsWe're looking for a leader who has:10+ years of senior leadership experience Successfully led large, complex organisations or business units Strong commercial and operational leadership with full P&L responsibility Experience scaling organisations, ventures or high-growth initiatives Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building skills The ability to operate strategically while remaining execution-focused Experience working in complex, fast-paced and evolving environments A genuine passion for building sustainable impact across Africa Experience in impact investing, social enterprise, private sector, international development or philanthropy will be highly regarded.You'll thrive in this role if you are:Entrepreneurial and commercially minded A decisive leader who enjoys...
