Switch Media School is looking for an innovative and industry-savvy Lecturer in Advertising & Branding. The successful candidate will train learners in creating impactful advertising campaigns, brand identity strategies, and digital-first promotional content, preparing them to thrive in a competitive global media landscape.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Teach the principles of advertising, consumer psychology, and brand management.
  • Guide students in developing advertising campaigns across TV, radio, print, digital, and outdoor platforms.
  • Train learners on digital & social media advertising, including PPC, influencer marketing, and analytics.
  • Mentor students in brand positioning, brand storytelling, and creating comprehensive brand guideline documents.
  • Integrate case studies of iconic advertising campaigns and AI into teaching.
  • Assess learners through projects, branding plans, and campaign presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in advertising, branding, or digital marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns or brand strategy work.
  • Excellent creative and analytical communication skills.
  • Proficiency with AI tools in digital advertising (audience targeting, personalization, campaign optimization).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM tools, and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Industry certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.).
