MCA Office Manager (86 positions)

Requirements for Appointment:

• Must be an adult Kenyan Citizen.
• Must hold at least a Diploma or a post-secondary qualification.
• Be fluent in English and Kiswahili and the local vernacular language as appropriate.
• Must have basic computer literacy.
• Experience is an added advantage

Job Descriptions

• Provide administrative and institutional support to the member;
• Keep the Member well informed about the transactions of the Office bank account established under paragraph 26'
• Submitting monthly returns on Ward Office operations imprest to the Clerk of the County Assembly;
• Draft official correspondence for the Member; Prioritize incoming mail and enquiries; Undertake general office management.
• Ensuring prompt settlement of utility services bills
• Maintain a Member's diary at the office by recording all major events that require the Member's attention;
• Supervise other staff in the office;
• Custodian of office assets and records; and
• Any other relevant duties as may be assigned by the member
