More information is available at www.flydoc.org.JOB PURPOSETo provide financial and technical support in the management of all financially related medical assistance and insurance client service requests, data recording, cost compilation and report generation; perform a wide variety of processes requiring analysis and attention to detail related to AMREF Flying Doctors Medical Assistance Services.Support in following up invoices daily from service providers on all cases pending closure as well as for ongoing case files and upload them on the M-files portal for payment processingSeek clarification from service providers on incorrectly billed invoices and conduct cost containment where necessary.
