There is high expectation for staff to provide high quality professional services.Position SummaryThe position holder will provide leadership and oversight of nursing services, quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical governance across the Outreach Division. The role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care through effective management of nursing operations, staff development, quality assurance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
