This role owns the people-readiness side of transformation: understanding who's affected, how ready they are, what could go wrong, and how to address it before it does.Working closely with the Training & Learning Delivery Specialist, Business Analysts, and P&C Partners, this role designs the change management approach for every initiative and embeds it from day one — from stakeholder impact assessments through go-live readiness and post-launch adoption tracking.
