Qualifications
- Second Upper Division class honours and above Degree in procurement, accounting or a similar field.
- Strong communication, negotiation and reporting skills.
- Proven work experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position.
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Good supervisory, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Registered member of KIM, CIPS or relevant professional body is an advantage.
