About the Role:

Burn is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Factory Administrative Intern to support day -day administrative and operational activities across various departments. The intern will assist with data entry, documentation, staff coordination, reporting and general office support while gaining hands on experience in business operations.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Support data entry and maintenance of employee records and time sheets
  • Assist in tracking attendance and biometric reports
  • Help prepare operational and payroll related documentation
  • Organize and maintain filling system and company records
  • Support communication with casual staff and supervisors
  • Support meeting coordination and minute taking when required
  • Assist in coordinating factory employees leave applications and maintain leave records
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management

Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email communication
  • Atteention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidentiality and Integrity
