THE FUTURE4BINTI PROGRAMME
The Future4Binti programme is a five-year programme (2026-2030) being implemented by Amref Kenya with Amref HQ as the lead, Plan International country office as the support partner in (Kenya, Ethiopia, Somalia, African Union liaison offices) and local civil society organisations in collaboration with the government. The strategic goal of the programme is a society where girls are protected from harmful practices, benefiting their sexual reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and enabling them to achieve their full potential.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You, will be responsible for the implementation of the project activities within the 4 pathways mentioned to ensure that the Future4Binti strategic goal is achieved in Dukana.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, implementing officers from the other Future4Binti project sites, government officers in the various line ministries concerned with children, private sector players, community-based organizations (CBOs) and targeted girls, boys and families to provide relevant training, coaching and mentoring in the areas of child rights, Gender Based Violence including Child Marriage, Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting Sexual Reproductive Health Rights. In addition, the role is intended to manage partnerships at community and county level and sustain good working relationships for greater impact.
