BackgroundPharo Foundation works across education, water, and productivity in Ethiopia, Somaliland, Kenya, and Rwanda. We're exploring how to communicate our impact more effectively to diverse audiences through research and experimentation with different storytelling approaches.II. Research ObjectiveThe consultant will conduct research on audience engagement and content effectiveness, test narrative and format approaches, and provide recommendations on how Pharo can strengthen its impact communication strategy.III. Candidate ProfileWe're looking for someone who:Has built and sustained an engaged audience of at least 50,000 followers on a single social platform (e.g., Instagram, or similar). Understands audience behavior and platform dynamics. Has experience creating and testing short-form content. Can conduct qualitative research. Understands African contexts and audiences.IV. Scope of WorkConduct research on how different audiences engage with content. Test 3–5 pilot content pieces across formats. Analyze performance and audience response.
