▪ Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized university(MBChB or MBBS)▪ Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners andDentists Council▪ At least one (1) year post-internship experience in either a public or privatehospital.▪ Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support(ACLS)▪ Knowledge of healthcare policies, documentation, and reportingprocedures.▪ Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management InformationSystems).Desirable skills▪ Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills.▪ Interest in leading a medical team, managing staff, and overseeing clinicaloperations.▪ Project management and report writing skills.▪ Leadership experience, financial knowledge, e.g., budgeting, costmanagement, basic accounting. Knowledge of the laws of Kenya,regulations, guidelines, and health schemes.▪ Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff,patients, and other stakeholders.Shortlisting will be done on an ongoing basis.
