SALES ASSISTANT

Sheffield Steel Systems Limited is a registered company specializing in the provision of Kitchen, Cold-room and Laundry Solutions. We are located off Mombasa road near SGR Syokimau railway station.

Our services entail Concept Design, Customized Solutions, Fabrications, Supplies, and Spares and after Sales Services. Sheffield provides a one stop shop solution for setting up and equipping a wide range of food and beverage facilities including Kitchens, Restaurants, Bar and Coffee Shops.
We seek to hire a Sales Assistant who will be tasked with the following responsibilities

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales Prospecting and Cold Calling.
a) Compile and visit prospective new projects and sites and give feedback on daily basis.
b) Book meetings for the sales manager and for prospective new clients.
c) To identify and map out sales areas and follow up on the ground work before escalating to Sales Manager on Prospects.
2. Date Base Collection
a) Target and create new projects and customer database and actively engage as cold calls for new business.
3. Sales Reporting
a) Support in sales administrative activities for the Sales Manager and other sales functions e.g. showroom
b) Share sales activities report capturing prospects for necessary follow up

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
2. Candidate should have 1-2 years’ experience.
3. Ability to multitask and manage workload with minimal supervision
4. Strong analytical skills with heightened problem-solving ability
5. Very detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
