Senior Marketing Lead

The Marketing Lead is a senior functional leadership role responsible for building the Marketing system through which Zeraki is understood, trusted, chosen and recommended by the customers and partners required for its next phase of growth.The role goes beyond traditional communications, social media or campaign management. It sits at the intersection of customer insight, Product, Sales, brand, positioning, Customer Creation, demand generation, data and commercial performance.The Marketing Lead will shape how Zeraki is positioned as the company evolves from a collection of successful education technology products toward a more connected education infrastructure platform. This includes defining company and Product positioning, building Product Marketing and GTM capabilities, creating credible customer proof, generating qualified demand, strengthening customer advocacy and establishing a coherent brand across products, audiences and markets.The role also serves as the Customer Creation Lead for material Customer Development initiatives, working closely with Product, Sales, Data and the Growth Product Manager to translate customer and market understanding into positioning, proof, demand-generation strategies and measurable commercial outcomes.A key part of the mandate is to build the Marketing function itself—establishing the right operating model, team, capabilities, systems, measurement and budget discipline. The Marketing Lead will also build an AI-enabled Marketing function that increases the speed, quality, analytical depth and leverage of a lean team while maintaining strong standards for accuracy, trust, privacy and brand integrity.Ultimately, the role is accountable for moving Marketing beyond activity and visibility toward clear market understanding, qualified demand, Sales progression, customer value and long-term brand credibility.
