Its core logic is holistic gender-based violence prevention and response delivered through strengthened local women-led organizations, including partners such as SSWC in Somalia and FODDAJ in Kenya, with a quarter of country budgets channeled directly to local partners under a feminist partnership framework and the PEERS power-sharing principles.
