The Regional Sponsorship Coordinator is a critical role in establishing and maintaining effective and efficient sponsorship business systems and operational procedures; effective data management and use; and sufficient FO capacity for their implementation. The position provides leadership in strategic monitoring and operational support in sponsorship business processes, business systems capability, sponsorship management and quality assurance, supporter engagement and sponsor features, and risk management and mitigation. This position also establishes strong liaison with RO and GC technical teams to ensure provision of support to the region for stronger sponsorship management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Policy and Standards:Serve as technical support and key thought leader on Sponsorship in the region, including support to development of guidance, tools, and strong implementation of policy, standards, management approach, strategic objectives and priorities, operating model, and business processes.Support FOs to establish systems and mechanism to ensure adherence and compliance to CS policies and standard.
