Duties and Responsibilities    

  • Co-coordinating the management and supervision of the general administration functions 
  • Ensuring effective service delivery
  • Facilitating and coordinating citizen participation in the development of policies, plans and delivery of services.
  • Managing County Public Service.
  • Providing and maintaining infrastructure and facilities of Public Services.
  • Developing policies and plans
  • Coordinating development activities to empower the community.
  • Performing any other duty as may be delegate from time to time.

Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

  • Be a Kenyan citizen
  • Bachelor of degree from a recognized university
  • Must satisfy the requirement of chapter six of the constitution of Kenya 2010
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Senior management course from a recognized institution may be preferred.
