Requirement for appointment 
For appointment to the grade, a candidate must have:    

<ul>
	<li>KCSE with a mean grade of D plain</li>
	<li>Hold of a national identification card</li>
	<li>Certificate in computer will be an added advantage.</li>
</ul>

Duties and responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Duties and responsibilities at this level will include: maintaining office cleanliness; Messen-gerial duties; and undertaking any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. </li>
