Support Staff Supervisor - 5 Posts

Requirements for Appointment: -

• Must be a holder of KCSE Certificate or its equivalent;
• Proficiency in computer applications;
• Ability to keep confidentiality of clients’ information; and
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Supervise Support staff and cleaners;
• Deliver mails and correspondences;
• Carry out messengerial duties;
• Prepare departmental work schedules;
• Arrange boardroom for meetings that are scheduled to take place;
• Keep inventory of kitchen utensils and advice on restocking; and
• Open and close offices to ensure security;
