As a Telesales Agent, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include:

• Contacting potential customers via phone to introduce our fulfillment and courier services.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Following up on leads and converting them into loyal clients.
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in telesales, sales, or customer service (experience in logistics or e-commerce is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage).
