Theatre in Charge

Job Description: 

Reporting to the Nursing Services in Charge, this position is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all activities in the Theatre to ensure high standard of care in line with the hospital’s policies and procedures. This position will ensure efficiency in theater operations including overseeing CSSD for the Hospital and will be responsible for growing Theatre revenues and managing costs. This position is open at our Hurlingham Branch

Qualifications: 

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a Higher Diploma in Peri- Operative Nursing.
• In addition successful candidates must have a valid license from the NCK and valid ACLS certification (preferably with AHA) .
• The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer service. The successful candidate must have experience working busy hospital environment with experience in a similar position leading a team.
