Responsibilities

  • Lead drying operations, ensuring accountability for the entire process.
  • Develop production plans and schedules to improve efficiency and meet demand.
  • Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and minimal waste.
  • Analyze and improve production processes for efficiency gains.
  • Manage production cost targets to improve resource utilization and profitability.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to meet local and international food safety and hygiene and customer standards.

Qualifications

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in food processing, manufacturing, or factory operations in agri or related industries.
  • Experience in the food safety management system, local and international food safety standards implementation, quality control, and production planning.
