Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Lead drying operations, ensuring accountability for the entire process.</li>
	<li>Develop production plans and schedules to improve efficiency and meet demand.</li>
	<li>Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and minimal waste.</li>
	<li>Analyze and improve production processes for efficiency gains.</li>
	<li>Manage production cost targets to improve resource utilization and profitability.</li>
	<li>Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to meet local and international food safety and hygiene and customer standards.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

	<li>Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.</li>
	<li>4+ years of experience in food processing, manufacturing, or factory operations in agri or related industries.</li>
	<li>Experience in the food safety management system, local and international food safety standards implementation, quality control, and production planning.</li>
