The Operations Manager will lead planning, tendering, execution, and delivery of projects, optimize supply chain and logistics processes, and ensure adherence to legal, safety, and quality standards while fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic &amp; Operational Leadership

<ul>
	<li>Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations across both divisions to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.</li>
	<li>Develop operational strategies that align with company goals and client requirements.</li>
	<li>Monitor operational performance using KPIs and implement improvements where necessary.</li>
</ul>

Technical Oversight Electrical Solutions

<ul>
	<li>Lead all electrical works, installations, and commissioning activities.</li>
	<li>Provide technical guidance in electrical design, drafting, tender preparation, and estimation.</li>
	<li>Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications for compliance and cost-effectiveness.</li>
	<li>Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.</li>
</ul>

Construction &amp; Interior Fit-Out Operations

<ul>
	<li>Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery for construction and interior projects.</li>
	<li>Coordinate site management, workforce allocation, and subcontractor performance.</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.</li>
</ul>

Tendering, Estimation &amp; Client Engagement

<ul>
	<li>Prepare competitive bids and cost estimates for both electrical and construction projects.</li>
	<li>Liaise with clients, suppliers, and consultants to clarify requirements and negotiate contracts.</li>
</ul>

Supply Chain &amp; Logistics

<ul>
	<li>Oversee procurement, inventory management, and material logistics for multiple projects.</li>
	<li>Establish strong supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency and timely deliveries.</li>
</ul>

Financial &amp; Administrative Management

<ul>
	<li>Prepare project budgets and monitor expenditure against forecasts.</li>
	<li>Ensure timely project certification, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.</li>
	<li>Produce operational reports and present them to senior management.</li>
</ul>

People Management &amp; Leadership

<ul>
	<li>Supervise site teams and back-office employees, ensuring performance targets are met.</li>
	<li>Provide mentorship, training, and professional development for staff.</li>
	<li>Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.</li>
</ul>

Qualifications &amp; Skills

Education &amp; Experience

<ul>
	<li>Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering is required; academic and/ or qualifications and certifications in construction management and related courses preferred.</li>
	<li>Minimum 5 years experience in operations or project management within electrical solutions, plus exposure to construction/interior fit-out projects.</li>
