WHAT YOU WILL DO

Motorcycle Inspections after Repossession: 

<ul>
	<li>Conduct thorough inspections of repossessed motorcycles to assess their condition and document any damages or discrepancies. </li>
	<li>Compile detailed inspection reports and provide recommendations for repairs or maintenance as needed.</li>
</ul>

Car Valuations and inspections: 

<ul>
	<li>Evaluate the value of cars using industry-standard valuation techniques and tools. </li>
	<li>Consider various factors such as make, model, year, condition, mileage, and market trends to determine accurate valuations. </li>
</ul>

GPS Tracker Installation: 

<ul>
	<li>Install GPS trackers on cars and motorcycles to facilitate efficient monitoring and tracking for the duration of the loan. </li>
	<li>Ensure proper installation and functionality of trackers while adhering to established guidelines and procedures. </li>
</ul>

SIM Card Installation 

<ul>
	<li>Install SIM cards to the GPS devices. </li>
</ul>

Motorcycle Repairs: 

<ul>
	<li>Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks on motorcycles to restore them to operational condition. </li>
	<li>Collaborate with repair teams to address technical issues and ensure quality repairs are executed promptly. </li>
</ul>

Client Assistance during Loan Application: 

<ul>
	<li>Offer technical guidance and support to clients throughout the loan application process. </li>
	<li>Address client inquiries regarding the technical aspects of the financing process, ensuring clarity and accurate information delivery. </li>
</ul>

Documentation and Reporting: 

<ul>
	<li>Maintain accurate records of all vehicle inspections, valuations, installations, and repairs performed. </li>
	<li>Generate comprehensive reports and documentation for internal use and compliance purposes. </li>
</ul>

Quality Assurance: 

<ul>
	<li>Uphold high standards of quality and accuracy in all technical tasks performed. </li>
	<li>Continuously monitor and assess processes to identify opportunities for improvement. </li>
</ul>

Customer Relations: 

<ul>
	<li>Cultivate positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional technical support and addressing their concerns professionally. </li>
	<li>Ensure a customer-centric approach throughout interactions. </li>
</ul>

Compliance and Safety: 

<ul>
	<li>Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols in all tasks. </li>
	<li>Prioritize safety during installations, repairs, and inspections. </li>
</ul>

Inspection and Diagnosis:  

<ul>
	<li>Conduct a holistic assessment of the condition of the vehicle-Including visual check of the problem areas, driving test, warning lights, smoke e.t.c </li>
	<li>Identify and report fraudulent cars. i.e, tampered chassis, wrong chassis </li>
</ul>

WHAT YOU NEED

<ul>
	<li>Diploma or Degree in engineering or related field.</li>
	<li>2 Years Previous experience</li>
	<li>Fluent in English and Swahili</li>
	<li>Knowledge of Kenyan car market e.g. model features, vehicle technical structure</li>
	<li>High sense of responsibility, preciseness, ability to plan and set priorities;</li>
	<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings</li>
	<li>Driver’s Licence - BCE category</li>

Technical Support Operator ( Western)

Your Role

We are seeking two interns to support key initiatives under KOKO’s Access program, with each intern based in a different location:

<ul>
	<li>Bungoma - supporting the Access Program by managing Sub Agents operating outside the traditional network.</li>
	<li>Nairobi - supporting the Bundle Option Initiative, focused on piloting and expanding alternative product access models.</li>
	<li>Each intern will work closely with a Territory Manager or Expansion Manager to support field activities, gather insights, and contribute to the success of their assigned program.</li>
</ul>

What You Will Do

<ul>
	<li>Support the piloting and execution of new initiatives under the Access program – specifically the Sub Agents Outside Network</li>
	<li>Actively manage assigned Sub Agents to ensure performance, compliance, and timely reporting.</li>
	<li>Conduct at least two to three visits per week to each assigned sub- Agent to provide on-ground support and oversight as per directed by the line manager.</li>
	<li>Perform physical audits of records submitted by Sub Agents to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.</li>
	<li>Collect and report both qualitative and quantitative insights from Sub Agents using the provided tools and templates.</li>
	<li>Strictly adhere to the approved journey plan and maintain clear documentation of all activities.</li>
	<li>Carry out any other duties as assigned by the line manager in support of the broader program goals..</li>
</ul>
