This role also encompasses&nbsp;inventory and warehouse oversight, ensuring smooth operations and accurate reporting.Key Responsibilities:Financial &amp; Management Reporting<ul><li>Generate accurate and timely reports on inventory, dispatch, waste, stock valuation, consumption, and WIP. Provide clear insights and recommendations to management for informed decision‑making.</li></ul>Database &amp; Ledger Maintenance<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records across general ledgers, inventory files, pricing data, purchases, reorder levels, and closing balance adjustments to ensure data integrity and financial compliance.</li></ul>Cost Analysis &amp; Cost Monitoring<ul><li>Analyze cost structures across production, procurement, logistics, and administrative functions. Track actual costs versus budgets or standards, investigate variances, and present explanations and cost trends to management.</li></ul>Waste Cost Analysis<ul><li>Monitor all waste‑related costs—disposal, recycling, hazardous waste, and transport. Analyze generation trends, assess financial impact, identify inefficiencies, and highlight opportunities for waste cost reduction.</li></ul>Supply Chain Performance Monitoring (KPIs &amp; Dashboards)<ul><li>Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to provide visibility into supply chain performance, highlight bottlenecks, track efficiencies, and identify areas requiring corrective action.</li></ul>Data Integration &amp; Financial Intelligence (BI &amp; AI)<ul><li>Integrate financial data into BI and AI systems; design dashboards; leverage predictive analytics; automate reporting processes; and translate digital insights into actionable strategies that enhance performance, efficiency, and profitability.</li></ul>Inventory Monitoring &amp; Control<ul><li>Ensure accurate inventory valuation, strengthen stock controls, analyze inventory performance, and provide insights that optimize stock levels, reduce losses, and support compliant, efficient supply chain operations.</li></ul>Warehouse &amp; Stores Coordination<ul><li>Strengthen stock controls and compliance, oversee and verify physical stock counts, monitor warehouse operating expenses, evaluate operational efficiency, and support safety, waste, and compliance initiatives within warehouse and stores operations.</li></ul>Staff Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Train, guide, and supervise warehouse and stores staff on procedures, system usage, safety, and inventory control practices to ensure high operational standards and compliance.</li></ul>Additional Duties<ul><li>Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by management to support operational and financial objectives.</li></ul>Key Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA) preferred</li><li>Minimum 7 years experience in management accounting, inventory management, budgeting, and financial planning</li><li>Proven ability to analyze financial data and generate actionable insights</li><li>Proficiency in&nbsp;SAP Business One (SAP B1), and&nbsp;MS Excel &amp; Power BI</li><li>Strong skills in preparing and presenting management reports to senior leadership</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, preferably flexible packaging, is highly desirable</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks, train staff effectively, and meet tight deadlines</li></ul>
