Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new employees, focusing on Mogo’s products, loan processes, and CRM systems.</li>
	<li>Train agents and dealers on using Mogo’s mobile app and other relevant software, ensuring they can effectively engage with customers and manage loan applications.</li>
	<li>Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and documentation.</li>
	<li>Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve based on feedback.</li>
	<li>Work closely with the Area Sales Manager and other leaders to identify training needs and adjust programs accordingly.</li>
	<li>Monitor employee performance and provide coaching to ensure proficiency in using Mogo's systems and processes.</li>
	<li>Assist in the development of onboarding processes for agents, dealers, and other team members.</li>
</ul>

What you will need:

Qualifications:

<ul>
	<li>Proven experience as a trainer or in a teaching role, preferably in sales or finance.</li>
	<li>Experience in training people on using apps or software is a must.</li>
	<li>Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.</li>
	<li>Ability to create effective training materials and courses.</li>
	<li>Familiarity with mobile apps and CRM systems used in device financing.</li>
	<li>Fluency in English and Swahili.</li>
