How does the subscription work?
Choose a plan and pay with M-Pesa, M-Pesa PayBill or bank transfer. Your plan starts as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Choose a new plan here or from Billing at any time. Your current plan stays active until the new one is paid for. The new plan then starts a full billing period, and days left on the old plan are not refunded.
What payment methods are accepted?
M-Pesa, M-Pesa PayBill and bank transfer. With M-Pesa, we send a payment request to your phone and your plan starts once you approve it. Our team confirms PayBill and bank transfer payments, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
