Lead Marketing &amp; Growth StrategyYou will help define how Crystal Shea grows.You will develop annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned with revenue objectives, identify priority customer segments, research market and competitor trends, and determine the best opportunities for customer acquisition and brand growth.You will also manage marketing budgets and continuously measure and optimise performance.Your focus will go beyond asking:“How many people saw our campaign?”You will ask:“Did it help us grow?” 2. Build a Brand People RememberYou will play a major role in shaping how Crystal Shea is seen and experienced.You will develop social media and content strategies, manage content calendars and coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, creators and other external resources.You will identify influencers, content creators, affiliates and brand ambassadors who can help introduce Crystal Shea to new audiences.But we are looking for someone who understands that followers are not the final destination.You will need to understand the difference between content that generates engagement and content that generates sales.Your creativity should help people discover the brand.Your strategy should help turn discovery into action. 4.
