<h2>Role Purpose:</h2>Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the overall purpose of this role is to deliver volume, revenue, and Market share growth by effectively managing the Sales Regional Teams to deliver implementation of business plans whilst delivering superior customer experience through TSRs &amp; TDRs across the Region.Trade &amp; Outlet Execution • Execution of Outlet against picture of success QDVPPP• Drive execution of cycle plans - Promotions and other trade initiatives• Monitor competitive activities through the team and advice the NSM accordingly.• Monitor Price compliance. REGIONAL SALES MANAGER-COAST REGION

<h2>Role Purpose:</h2>Reporting to the Business Controller, the overall purpose of this role is to drive Plant productivity through Financial Planning, Cost Management, Product Costing, Inventory Management, and Internal Controls ensuring adherence to UHL’s financial policies and procedures.<h2>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</h2>Financial Planning <ul><li>Drive Total Plant(s) budgeting process. Coordinate and support budget information gathering process and ensure meeting of plant objectives and aid management decision making.</li></ul>Cost Management <ul><li>Cost control – analyse, identify, and drive exploitation of cost saving opportunities.</li><li>Lead cost effective &amp; efficiency initiatives across the business and ensure maximization of product margins.</li></ul>Product Costing <ul><li>Work closely with the Plant Manager to drive product cost competitiveness.</li><li>Maintain accurate product costing in SAP (activity type and overheads rates updates)</li><li>Work closely with the Business Controller to develop competitive pricing strategies for various products to drive maximization of margins.</li></ul>Internal Controls <ul><li>Ensure effective internal controls are in place within plant revenue, expenditure, inventory processes etc to prevent loss of company’s assets.</li></ul><h2>.</h2>Inventory Management <ul><li>Ensure optimum stockholding and a sound inventory control system.</li><li>Maintain and develop monthly stock taking and reconciliation procedures for all sites and depots.</li><li>Ensure inventory variances are fully investigated, approved, and booked on a timely basis including imported materials and external stores.</li></ul>plant performance<ul><li>Prepare timely, accurate and cost-effective plant reports and highlight variances so that management can take effective action to improve operating performance.</li><li>Support the payables and receivables sections. PLANT CONTROLLER

<h2>Role Purpose:</h2>This position will be responsible for performing duties related to weighing and keeping record of all truck transactions relating to sales of finished Goods and used bags on need basis, receipt of raw materials, collection of wastes and garbage within the plant.<h2>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</h2>Inventory control &amp; Weighbridge operations<ol><li>Preparation and submission of daily weighbridge report while accounting for all tickets generated in e-weigh.</li><li>Verify all documents for consignments to establish genuine documents before weighing</li><li>Ensure 100% postings are done through e-weigh to SAP and seek approvals for all manual weighing from Plant manager.</li><li>Register all vehicles for finished goods orders &amp; raw material delivery and inform the QA for timely sampling.</li><li>Ensure 100% compliance to the internal controls in regard to all weighbridge operations.</li><li>Maintains and monitors offloading of all raw materials at intakes to be free from abnormalities.</li><li>Ensure 100% labour utilization within intakes through effective management of the outsourced staff &amp; RM trucks queues.</li><li>Documentation of all delivery notes, waybills, inspection reports, receipt summaries, and physical inventory worksheets in a proper way.</li><li>Ensure timely weighing of trucks to support on offloading efficiencies.</li><li>Ensure timely opening and closing of the weighbridge operations.</li></ol>Raw material offloading Process<ol><li>Ensure 100% sampling of all raw materials at entry</li><li>Ensure 95% utilization of the intakes during receipts to avoid man-hour losses.</li><li>Managing and organizing coordination between the stock control team, security team and the drivers to ensure proper flow of work during offloading of raw materials and loading of finished products.</li><li>Report any discrepancies between the invoice/delivery note and the physical tally sheets to the Plant Accountant.</li><li>Notifies the Plant Accountant on any huge variations noted at the weighbridge before taking second weights.</li><li>Manage offloading of all raw materials at the intakes within set timelines</li></ol>Safety Health and Environment (SHE) &amp; Food Safety<ol><li>Actively Participate in 6K, CI, SHE, FSMS/ GMP/ PaTaMu, activities</li><li>Identify and report all quality and food safety issues during daily operations</li><li>Conduct 6K, CI, SHE, FSMS/GMP /PaTaMu trainings to outsourced/drivers staff within the department</li><li>Any other assigned duties.</li></ol><h2>Job Requirements</h2>Minimum Requirements:<ol><li>Bachelor/Diploma in Business related field.</li><li>CPA Level 2/ Intermediate Level will be an added advantage.</li><li>Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a related field</li><li>Computer proficiency especially with Microsoft Excel</li><li>Experience working with an ERP is an added advantage</li></ol>Key Attributes/ Competencies:<ol><li>Strong stakeholder management skills</li><li>Customer Focus</li><li>Strong Planning and Organizing skills</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li></ol>

ACCOUNTING CLERK - WEIGHBRIDGE OPERATIONS

<h2>Role Purpose:</h2>This position will effectively implement predictive, preventive and corrective/breakdown maintenance at the plant for all electrical and mechanical machines, equipment and plant facilities for maximum efficiency and increased life span.<h2>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</h2>Plant Maintenancea. Process, plan, implement and control, review and adjust a maintenance schedule for the jobb. Preventive and condition-based maintenance of machines as per laid down instructions and procedures to ensure smooth runningc.
